We’re committed to getting your order to you quickly and securely. Please read the following details about our shipping practices and expectations.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs vary by region and will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and shipping method.


Order Processing Times

  • Standard Shipping: Orders are processed within 4 hours.

  • Expedited Shipping: Orders placed by 9:00 AM EST on a business day will be processed and shipped same day. Orders placed after this time will ship next business day.

📦 Examples:

  • Order at 8:59 AM EST on Thursday → Shipped Thursday.

  • Order at 9:30 AM EST on Friday → Shipped Friday.


Shipping Timeframes

  • Standard Shipping: Processed and shipped within 24 hours. Delivery times depend on your region and chosen carrier.

    • Typical delivery: 2 business days.

  • Expedited Shipping:

    • Orders placed before 9 AM EST: Ship same day or next day, arrive next business day.

    • Orders placed after 9 AM EST: Ship next business day, arrive 2 business days later.

Note: Delivery occurs on business days (Monday–Friday). Weekend deliveries are rare and not guaranteed.


Tracking Information

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number within 24–48 hours of your order being processed.


Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure that your shipping address includes:

  • Street number and name

  • Apartment or suite number

  • City, state, and zip/postal code

We are not liable for packages sent to incorrectly entered addresses. Kindly double-check your information before submitting your order.


Tracking Says Delivered, But No Package?

If your tracking status shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package:

  1. Check with neighbors or your building’s concierge/front desk.

  2. Contact the carrier for assistance:

    • FedEx: 1-800-Go-FedEx

    • USPS: 1-800-ASK-USPS (1-800-275-8777)

If your shipment cannot be located, email us at trish@muvirimi.com, and we’ll assist further.


P.O. Boxes

  • We only ship to P.O. boxes with standard shipping.

  • For expedited or signature-required shipments, you must provide a residential, business, or hotel address.

  • Only use a P.O. box if the store owner or representative can sign on your behalf.
