Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible:

Items must be unworn, unused, with tags and in their original packaging.

Proof of purchase (e.g. receipt or order confirmation) is required.
To begin a return, email us at info@patriciamuvirimi.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll send a prepaid shipping label and instructions for returning your item.
Important: Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)

Custom or personalized products

Personal care items (e.g. opened beauty/skincare products)

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Sale items

Exchanges
Need something else instead? The fastest method is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase once your return is approved.
European Union: 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return it within 14 days of delivery—no explanation required.
Eligibility requirements remain the same: items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Store Credit & Reshipment Policy
In select cases, we may offer store credit or reshipment in lieu of a full refund. This is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
