or make individualized medical claims through URIBHO content.

Where appropriate, content should encourage the audience to consult a qualified healthcare

professional for medical concerns.

9. BEFORE-AND-AFTER, RESULTS, AND TESTIMONIAL

CONTENT

Before-and-after imagery must be genuine, accurately represented, and presented with sufficient

context to avoid creating a misleading impression.

Creators must not digitally alter skin texture, pigmentation, wrinkles, acne, body shape, or other

outcome-related characteristics in a way that could misrepresent product performance.

Lighting, camera settings, makeup, filters, posing, and other material conditions should not be

manipulated to manufacture a misleading result.

Results must not be presented as typical or guaranteed unless the statement is substantiated and

legally appropriate.

10. AI-GENERATED AND DIGITALLY ALTERED CONTENT

URIBHO's Privacy & Legal framework recognizes that some visual content may be created using artificial

intelligence, digital rendering, or image-generation technologies for illustrative, conceptual, branding,

scientific, or cosmetic communication.

Creators must disclose AI-generated or materially AI-altered content when its nature could reasonably

affect an audience's understanding of what is real, demonstrated, experienced, or achieved.

AI must not be used to fabricate a creator's product experience, clinical result, testimonial, scientific

evidence, customer review, or endorsement.

Creators must not present an AI-generated person, skin result, product application, or transformation as

an authentic real-world event.

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND THIRD-PARTY MATERIAL

Creators must own, control, or have permission to use every element they provide to URIBHO, including

music, photographs, video, graphics, fonts, trademarks, artwork, footage, locations, and third-party

creator material.

Creators must not submit content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, moral,

contractual, or other rights.

URIBHO's website, advertising, editorial publication, paid media, or other uses. Creators must disclose

any material licensing restrictions known to them.

Creators must obtain appropriate permissions from identifiable people appearing in content where

required.

12. PRIVACY AND PERSONAL INFORMATION

Creators must not disclose another person's private, confidential, financial, medical, contact, account, or

other sensitive information without appropriate authorization.

Creators must not publish private messages, customer records, order information, screenshots,

addresses, or personal communications involving URIBHO or its customers unless expressly authorized.

URIBHO's Privacy Policy governs personal information handled through URIBHO's website and services.

Creator content must not circumvent those protections.

13. CHILDREN AND VULNERABLE AUDIENCES

Creators must exercise heightened care when content could reasonably reach children or vulnerable

audiences.

Creators must not exploit a child's lack of experience or understanding, encourage unsafe product use,

or make inappropriate health, beauty, body-image, or purchasing claims to children.

Creators must follow applicable platform rules and advertising requirements concerning child-directed

content.

14. PROHIBITED CONTENT

URIBHO will not knowingly publish creator content that is unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, defamatory,

hateful, harassing, discriminatory, sexually exploitative, threatening, or designed to cause harm.

Content may also be rejected where it promotes unsafe cosmetic practices, dangerous misuse of

products, illegal activity, counterfeit goods, fraudulent offers, impersonation, or deceptive schemes.

Creators must not use URIBHO's name, trademarks, imagery, or reputation to create unauthorized

promotions, giveaways, discounts, consultations, investment opportunities, or other offers.

15. BRAND SAFETY AND REPRESENTATION

Creators represent themselves as independent creators unless expressly authorized otherwise. They

must not imply that they are employees, medical professionals, scientists, representatives, or official

spokespersons of URIBHO unless that status is accurate and authorized.

Creators must not make public statements on behalf of URIBHO concerning legal disputes, recalls,

medical matters, crises, allegations, or other sensitive issues unless authorized.

Creators must not create content that could reasonably damage the integrity, safety, or trust associated

with URIBHO through deceptive or reckless conduct.

Affiliate content is commercial content and must contain a clear affiliate disclosure where required.

Creators must not disguise affiliate links as neutral editorial recommendations.

Affiliate commissions must never be described as evidence that a product is objectively better, clinically

proven, or independently endorsed by URIBHO unless that statement is separately substantiated.

17. GIFTED PRODUCTS

Receiving a product at no cost can constitute a material connection even where no payment is made

and even where no positive review is required.

Creators must disclose gifted products when the relationship is relevant to the content.

Gifted product does not automatically create an obligation to publish. URIBHO may provide products for

consideration without guaranteeing publication, and creators remain responsible for truthful opinions.

18. CONTENT REVIEW AND CORRECTIONS

URIBHO may request revisions before publication where content contains a factual error, unsupported

claim, inadequate disclosure, rights issue, safety concern, or inconsistency with this Policy.

Creators must promptly cooperate with reasonable corrections relating to material errors or

legal/compliance concerns.

Where materially misleading content has already been published, URIBHO may request correction,

clarification, amendment, removal, or republication with an appropriate disclosure.

19. CREATOR RESPONSIBILITIES

Before submitting content, creators should confirm that: the content is original or properly licensed; all

material connections are disclosed; claims are truthful and supportable; reviews reflect actual

experience; required permissions have been obtained; AI or material alterations are disclosed where

appropriate; and the content complies with applicable law and platform rules.

Creators remain responsible for statements they make in their own channels, subject to the terms of any

applicable agreement.

20. URIBHO RIGHTS AND ENFORCEMENT

URIBHO may decline, edit, delay, remove, or discontinue publication of content that does not meet this

Policy or an applicable campaign brief or agreement.

Depending on the circumstances, URIBHO may suspend a campaign, withhold future opportunities,

request correction or removal, terminate a creator relationship, or pursue other remedies available

under the applicable agreement or law.

Nothing in this Policy limits any rights or remedies available to URIBHO under its Terms of Service,

Privacy Policy, Creator Content License Agreement, or applicable law.

This Policy forms part of URIBHO's broader governance framework and should be read together with the

Privacy & Legal materials published on uribho.com.

The current Privacy & Legal framework includes the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Medical Disclaimer,

Health & Wellness Disclaimer, Consultation Disclaimer, Product Disclaimer, and related policies. Those

materials establish, among other things, that website content is generally informational, that URIBHO

does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment, that user-generated content may be publicly visible,

and that the site is governed by Canadian law.

Where a conflict exists between this Policy and a specific written contract, the contract will govern to the

extent of the conflict.

22. GOVERNING LAW

Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly provided in a written agreement, this Policy is

intended to operate consistently with the laws of Canada and the legal requirements applicable to the

relevant content, creator, platform, product, and audience.

Creators are responsible for complying with mandatory laws and platform rules applicable to their own

activities and jurisdiction.

23. POLICY UPDATES

URIBHO may update this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in law, technology, platform

practices, editorial standards, or business operations.

The current version should be treated as the operative version for new creator activity unless a written

agreement states otherwise.
